We won't cut you off or surprise you with a big bill. If you consistently exceed your plan's transaction cap, we'll flag it during your monthly review and recommend either upgrading to the next tier or adding a small per-transaction fee ($2/transaction beyond your cap). Occasional spikes in a busy month are on us — we keep things flexible.
Do I need to switch to QuickBooks Online?

How does the 30-day free trial work?
We'll onboard you, connect to your QuickBooks, and handle your first full month of bookkeeping at no charge. You see the quality of our work before committing. Catch-up bookkeeping for past months is excluded from the trial, but your first current month of ongoing service is completely free. If you decide it's not a fit, walk away with a clean set of books for that month — no charge, no strings.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. Your business evolves, and your bookkeeping should keep pace. You can upgrade to a higher tier anytime (effective immediately) or downgrade at the end of any billing cycle.
